Syrian Food



Syrian food is rich in  grains, fruit, nuts, beans,vegetable and aromatic spices. The most famous Syrian cuisine includes Kibbeh, Tabbouleh, Kabab, and Baklava dishes. Syrians often serve selections of appetizers.
Kibbeh : Kibbeh is special dough made of soft  burgul. It can have different shapes round, oval, or even square, it is stuffed with spiced ground  lamb's meat, it usually cooked   in the oven until brown, or by frieing it.

Tabbouleh 


 It has become one of the most popular salads in the world. Particularly Syrian region.  It is made of parsley,  soft burgul wheat, tomatoes, unions, mints, and lemon juice.




Baklava




Baklava is a delicious phyllo pastry filled with chopped nuts and soaked in sugar syrb or honey. Its supposed origins are Turkish, but it is popular in Middle Eastern countries.



Kabab :

 It had been found worldwide, it cooked on the skewer it served wrapped in bread with a salad and a dressing. Kebab includes grilled ground meat; it may be served on plates, or in sandwiches, like other ethnic foods brought by travelers; the kebab has become part of everyday cuisine in multicultural countries around the globe
